iSourceOut is seeking a Full-time Trainee Financial Analyst to assist in underwriting, financial analysis, reporting, and due diligence review of various real estate asset types. This is an entry-level position that will include rigorous training to get you into a fruitful career path within iSourceOut and the Commercial Real Estate Industry. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner that is motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with strong time-management skills. This is remote, graveyard shift job. Primary Responsibilities/ What you’ll do: Financial analysis and underwriting using Excel and cash flow modeling software. Collect, analyze, and validate property and market information from a wide variety of online sources. Adaptability and flexibility of the process. Capable of completing client orders on time and in accordance with company policy. Provide quality assurance for data that was imported, and if necessary, work with a quality assurance team. Work closely with other teams to make sure all the clients' needs are met and that all communications with the company and staff are transparent. Maintain database of assigned properties and manage master data, including creation, updates, deletion, and all electronic files connected to assigned property records. Use tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Google Earth, and Google My Maps to take care of administrative tasks. Other duties/projects, as assigned. Desired Qualifications/ What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economic, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, and any other related field is preferred. No work experience necessary Proficient in MS Office, advanced MS Excel skills preferred but not required. Amenable to work in a remote set-up and should have a laptop/PC and reliable home internet connection.
