The primary responsibility of this role is to provide accurate property insurance quotes to clients, process policy invoicing, and ensure seamless financial transactions. Schedule: UK Timezone Key Responsibilities:Main Tasks: Doing property insurance quotes, entering data, and sorting emails. Quote Generation: Utilize insurance software and databases to generate accurate property insurance quotes based on client information and coverage requirements. Collaborate with insurance underwriters to obtain necessary information for accurate quoting. Invoicing: Generate and process invoices for property insurance policies. Ensure accuracy in premium calculations, policy details, and client information on invoices. Client Communication: Communicate with clients to gather relevant information for quoting purposes. Clearly explain insurance coverage options, answer inquiries, and provide assistance throughout the quoting process. Documentation: Maintain organized records of quotes, policies, and invoices. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry regulations. Policy Amendments: Process amendments to existing policies, including changes in coverage, deductibles, and other relevant details. Communicate policy changes to clients and update records accordingly. Compliance: Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies in all aspects of quoting and invoicing. Stay informed about changes in insurance laws and regulations that may impact quoting and billing processes. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience. Qualifications: Proven experience in property insurance, underwriting, or a similar role. Experience with Quickbooks and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with insurance software and quoting tools.
