About the Role As a Clinic Secretary, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a well-organized, supporting medical processes, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities Welcoming and validating HPPI members and patients Issuing Referral forms and scheduling consultations with specialists Coordinating with HPPI for medical availments and hospital admissions Facilitating patient discharge and handling payments Referring and scheduling patients for doctors Assisting in patient treatments and procedures Billing and collecting payments for doctors Performing secretarial and accounting tasks Ensuring confidentiality of patient records Submit weekly reports to HPPI Managing clinic cleanliness and ordering necessary supplies Reporting and facilitating clinic repairs Transmitting documents between HPPI and The Medical City Performing other tasks as needed Qualifications Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas Bonus if you're a Registered Nurse, if you have previous clinic secretary experience or if you have medical knowledge!
