Job Title: Sales Coordinator Client Industry: Software / IT Industry Location: Philippines (Remote) Schedule: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone (night shift) Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of a Sales Coordinator who will be working with our client based in California. Our client is a certified NCR Counterpoint point-of-sale reseller and systems integrator providing software, hardware, installation, training, and support for retail stores in North America.Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has a bright, enthusiastic demeanor, has a business acumen and maturity that allows you to gain a business owner’s trust, and has ability to effectively manage your time to juggle various tasks in a given day. Responsibilities · Enter and maintain prospects within ZOHO, our Marketing and Sales software. Continuously seek opportunities to automate tasks using ZOHO capabilities.· Respond to questions from prospects via phone and email. Utilize existing “template” responses and create new templates. Customize the template so that it always feels specific to each prospect’s concern.· Set appointments between the prospect and the Sr. Sales Rep for different types of meetings. Utilize Calendly to ensure you are addressing the prospect in their time zone and are scheduling the appropriate Rep. Provide voice and email reminders to ensure appointments are kept.· Ensure each prospect is followed up promptly and maintain a next step to move them through the process in a reasonable manner.· Prepare formal proposals with the aid of the Sr. Sales Rep· Support Sales Reps in small tasks so they can smoothly flow through multiple back-to-back meetings.· Aid our marketing department when direct contact with a lead is necessary. For example, phone a list of leads to verify we have their accurate email addresses.· Strategize with our marketing department to ensure we are getting the best possible results for our marketing spend. Qualifications You know you’re a fit for this position if: · You have a knack for technology. You will not be programming, but you need to be comfortable with office automation software and web-based technologies. You’ll be utilizing many technology resources every day; tools like Zoho CRM, Calendly, Office365, etc.· You like comprehensive problem-solving. Success in this role will include developing expertise in our Point-of-Sale software solution. Our prospects need to be confident that you are technically savvy and comfortable talking about their technical needs. We can teach you we just want to be sure you have the interest and aptitude.· You like researching and understanding each retail vertical so that you understand the unique attitudes and needs of each. The owner of a shoe store, for example, will use a different vocabulary than the owner of a garden center. Be ready to switch modes from one email or phone call to the next.· You have business smarts and you like the idea of solving retail business problems using smart technology.· You have grit with a hound-dog sense of persistence & perseverance.· You are an excellent communicator. You are articulate, energetic, enthusiastic and relationship-oriented. You listen carefully, engage with enthusiasm, and like meeting new people every single day. You seek to build rapport with customers and prospects all over the country.· You relish the opportunity to define and shape your role. REQUIREMENTS: · 2+ years of proven customer service experience · Excellent interpersonal communication skills· Interest in Sales and Marketing· Business computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM)· A bright, enthusiastic demeanor· Business acumen and maturity that allow you to gain a business owner’s trust· Ability to effectively manage your time to juggle various tasks in a given day NOTE: · Very strong English language skills- this person will be on the phone a lot; therefore, language skills are extremely important · This role is a sales role, so this person needs to have a "hunter" instinct Why RecruitGo?
