We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator and Accountant who will help our clients with their daily accounting and software management tasks. HTML/PDF templates, Reports/Searches and the like Escalate to Dedeco POC when more advanced support is required and then act as POC for Dedeco to troubleshoot with/ TBD vendor Freemarker – this is the templating engine underlying the Advanced HTML/PDF forms generated within NetSuite. Requires intermediate + level knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS. Manage integrations including SPSCommerce (EDI), Bill.com (bill payment), Veem (Forex), Versapay (CC), Celigo (Amazon & BigCommerce integrator), Klaviyo, CRM Be able to create email templates for transaction communications and landing pages for customer/vendor record updating. Maintain native NetSuite Support Center Review customizations for performance issues CPA/Advanced Accounting Core Tasks Advanced accounting background to train staff, troubleshoot issues, assist with the day-to-day when required, and prepare documents for accountants. This includes: GL/Bank Rec.; CC allocation, AR, AP, Cleanup Financial reports Must have a background in wholesale/distribution business (i.e. Purchasing & Order to Cash process for goods as opposed to someone more familiar with a project, service, or software business). Understand metrics/KPIs for the business to reconfigure NetSuite if and where applicable as well as design NS Dashboards and reports to track these same metrics - this is a grow-into task (90+ days) The Requirements Must haves: 3+ years of NetSuite Experience Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Has experience using MS Teams + Outlook With an Accounting background Nice to have: Notion or similar Freemarker or similar HTML/CSS/JS (intermediate skills) Powered by JazzHR
