We are looking for an energetic and experienced Multimedia Design Specialist who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. THE BENEFITS Work From Home Performance, Attendance, and Referral Bonuses Paid Holidays and Time Offs Health Card THE ROLE: Design graphics for social media marketing ads (primarily); display ads, landing pages, and other marketing materials (secondarily) Edit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, text overlays, etc.) Follow creative briefs or other prescriptive directions to generate desired visual outcomes in an autonomous fashion Create decks and/or visually enhance internal docs/proposals/presentations (i.e. Infographics, project templates, sales decks, 1-sheets, proposal docs, etc.) Light animation/motion graphic applications (based on client-provided brief) Design e-mails and landing pages (using existing design systems and modules) Additional tasks as assigned THE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in multimedia design, with substantial video editing and graphic design expertise. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects). Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of visual design work, including both video and static graphics. Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Has worked in the GY Shift experience Able to work in any US Timezones (PST/CST/EST) NICE-TO-HAVE: Experience with Figma is a nice-to-have GROW-INTO: Create new designs from scratch - creative briefs provided by the client SOFT SKILLS: Highly responsive Keen ability to context shift and move seamlessly b/w different projects Ability to manage timeline/priorities (especially when they change/shift) Proactive comms and ability to accept constructive feedback Highly organized, with the ability to manage files appropriately We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team.
