Key responsibilities:1. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.2. Assist in designing and developing new products, including creating prototypes and conducting product testing.3. Assist in coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery of products.4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and specifications for all products.5. Provide administrative support to the product development team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project files, preparing reports, and updating Airtable sheets, Cin7core, and Clickup tasks.6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure successful product launches.7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in product development techniques. Software/Tools:- Airtable- ClickUp- Cin7core or any similar Inventory software Skill set:- Strong organizational and project management skills.- Excellent attention to detail.- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in market research and analysis.- Knowledge of product development processes and methodologies.- Familiarity with product design software and tools.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience:- Previous experience in product development or related is a plus.- Experience with market research and analysis.- Familiarity with product design software and tools.- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management is a plus.
