You'll be under the supervision of the Australian Director and collaborating closely with colleagues from Australia and the Philippines. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients directly to understand project requirements and objectives. Lead website development projects, integrating both design and development elements. Over 6 years of hands-on experience managing digital projects Experienced in using project management software and proficient in tools like Jira or similar task and time-tracking software Collaborate with clients, development teams, and creative teams to define solutions and analyze requirements. Exceptional documentation and writing abilities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Develop budgets and timelines based on client requirements and project scope. Experience Utilize various web technologies and content management systems (e.g., Episerver, Optimizely, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, AEM) to develop and maintain websites. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely delivery. Possess a comprehensive understanding of digital ecosystems, including social media, analytics, and reporting, to support large-scale web development projects. Oversee various projects including websites, iPad and iPhone projects, emails, banners, etc. Lead client requirements gathering workshops and document the outcomes Implement both waterfall and agile development and delivery methods, ensuring adherence to human-centered design principles throughout the delivery process to achieve exceptional customer experiences Collaborate with key client stakeholders to define project scope and identify new business opportunities Ensure optimal business value of scheduled work by defining business and technical requirements and translating them into actionable Epics and User Stories, and ensuring timely delivery of backlog items Skills Support teams by actively participating in scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and planning Maintain full transparency on project risks and mitigation strategies, and effectively communicate resourcing, planning, and budgetary risks and issues to key stakeholders Enhance workflow processes with the teams to maximize efficiency and overall agency productivity Proficient in managing deliveries from discovery through to delivery, and capable of overseeing progress across multiple teams and projects Demonstrate strong client-facing skills, managing communication with clients including initial scoping meetings, client WIP meetings, and progress updates Exhibit clear and concise internal communication skills, providing comprehensive briefs to strategy, creative, and technical teams Possess a solid understanding of project profitability, team profitability, and utilization, demonstrating sound business acumen Display effective leadership skills, capable of managing and mentoring project managers and project coordinators What’s Next?
