Infrastructure Engineer Job Description Your education is important. Your experience is important. But they are not as important as your talent. Responsibilities: Work closely with team lead to server casino clients, support the new implementation and maintenance site. On site server and storage installation Occasionally assist and supervise implementation services Shift rotation duty Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits Talk clients through a series of actions, wither via phone, email or chat, until the technical issued solved Ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Diploma or bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineer, or relate discipline Over 3 years practical experience with network implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting in real-world scenarios. Solid experience on Huawei switch, firewall, storage will be a plus. Knowledge on following item will be a plus: Veeam, Peplink NLB, Infoblox, VMware, CyberArk, Citrix, Allot, Trend Micro, VMware, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex network issues efficiently.
