Job Description:- In-charge of formulating and implementing the Preventive Maintenance of all equipment in the building; - Securing that the equipment are available at any time they are needed;- In-charge of reviewing, formulating and implementing construction guidelines- Checking implementation of construction guidelines according to the scope of works submitted by different owners contractors;- In-charge of maintaining, recommending and purchasing of necessary parts and equipment to upgrade the existing equipment of the building;- In-charge of scheduling and implementing the schedule of technicians- Checking and coordinating with concerned parties the service requests on calls reported;- Liaison with PM contractors for the maintenance of building equipment and utilities;- Review preventive maintenance contracts, service contracts. Qualifications:- Must be a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering.- Registered Mechanical Engineer- With at least 2-3years experience in property management industry Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays Salary Range: 30k (negotiable depends on skills and work-related experience)
