- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.- Professional certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) may be advantageous. Experience:- At least 5 years of experience in treasury department- Must have at least 2 years supervisory experience handling team members- 3 years experience as officer in Treasury Department- 8 years total experience in general treasury function- Previous experience in the advertising or media industry is a plus.- Bank relationship management and Credit Facility negotiations- Bank products coordination and Bank Accounting Opening Technical Skills Required:- Daily Cash Position Reporting- Cash Management- Bank relationship management and Credit Facility negotiations- Bank products coordination and Bank Accounting Opening- Disbursement- Bank Reconciliation Functional Skills:- Create Departmental Strategic Plan and Operational Plan- Create Departmental Budget- Formulate Reportorial Reports for presentation to Mancom- Supervise supervisors on their daily tasks and reportorial deliverables- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions on performance
