Job Description: Position Overview: As a Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of digital presence, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy (FB, IG, TikTok & Youtube). You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our brand reputation, engaging with our audience, and driving growth across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Identify target audiences and create content that resonates with them. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our social media efforts remain cutting-edge. Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, for various social media platforms. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and ad creative development. Monitor and optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI. Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media strategies align with broader marketing and business goals. Build and maintain relationships with influencers and industry partners for collaboration opportunities. Community Engagement: Build and nurture a loyal online community by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages. Monitor social media channels for mentions, trends, and opportunities for engagement. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Job Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required to ensure a strong foundation in marketing principles and strategies. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management or a related role, demonstrating a track record of successful social media strategy development and execution. Proven experience in managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns for various platforms. Proven ability to build and nurture online communities, engage with followers, and manage social media conversations effectively. Proficiency in managing and leveraging popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
