Key Responsibilities: The main purpose of this role is to ensure our clients’ stores have adequate inventory to hit their monthly targets and ensure a proper product mix considering various factors. This position reports to the Category Head and works closely with the Client Success Management team. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in merchandising. You must be a logical thinker, problem solver, personable, and with initiative. Job description: Co-develops the ecommerce merchandising strategy and calendar of the brands with the clients Monitors and develops the ideal mix of categories, subcategories, silhouettes, regular, and marked down SKU’s, price points, and discounts Prepares and analyzes detailed monthly product sales and inventory reports and develops insights and recommendations to improve brands’ sales performance and help dictate initiatives moving forward Assesses if inventory allocations and offers for the month and for campaigns are adequate to hit targets and coordinates with clients’ merchandisers to ensure stores are adequately stocked to hit or exceed targets Monitors out of stock SKU’s and turns them off to improve customer experience Coordinates with brands’ merchandisers for replenishment of SKUs which are either low on or out of stock Evaluates brands’ product allocations before inbounding Identifies non-moving SKU’s and recommends promotions or pullout Identifies nuances with each platform and recommends appropriate actions such as segmentation to improve performance Works closely with Client Success managers on preparation of sales forecasts and brand launches Monitors competitor’s promotions and offerings Key Qualifications 2 years working experience in merchandising in a retail company 2 years working experience in ecommerce preferred Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools Experience working with Data Studio and/or Power BI is a plus Proactive and problem - solving attitude Client - facing abilities Analytical, data driven mindset High interpersonal skill with problem solving *This role has a HYBRID work setup Powered by JazzHR
