DIRECTLY REPORTS TO: Lead Development Manager MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: The primary responsibility of the Lead Generation Supervisor is to generate new verified leads for the Lead Development Team and to oversee the Lead Generation Specialists. This job requires solid skills in email campaigns, social media campaigns, researching information, and verification using several available tools including, but not limited to Sales Navigator, Facebook, snov.io, Lusha, and Hubspot. This individual acts as the data mining and verification expert. TASKS: Generate leads by researching using websites and tools such as Sales Navigator, Lusha, Facebook, Google, and more. Scrape lead lists from the marketing campaigns Keep our lead pipeline healthy by making sure that we have enough fresh leads for the Lead Dev Team Spread awareness about Sprout events, promos, and campaigns through posting on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Develop a strong understanding of products, competition, industry, and Lead Generation goals and objectives Identify opportunities for the improvement of processes, workflows, and systems Responsible for training and coaching the Lead Development team Accountable for preparing team reports Responsible for assisting the Lead Development Manager Has strong attention to detail and able to multi-task/work on multiple and simultaneous projects Able to delegate tasks and set deadlines Able to set targets and motivate the team Able to work autonomously Able to work at all levels within a target prospect account, from Manager to C-level Able to manage a team of Lead Generation individuals Perform other duties as assigned by the company QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES: Proven outbound calling and data mining track record with SME and large enterprise companies Confident self-starter with the ability to connect technological advantages to business goals Knowledgable in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot or any CRM Ms excel proficient Strong leadership and motivation skills Strong organizational skills Proven coaching and training skills Minimum 2 years experience in Leading a sales team/lead generation team (Anything alike) The ability to succeed with limited supervision A positive, persistent, and professional can-do attitude Sound business judgment, integrity, and commitment to excellence Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent interpersonal skills; Effective communicator, exemplary presentation skills Sprout Solutions provides equal Opportunity Employment and Welcomes applications from all sectors of the society.
