Position Overview: A Graphic Designer specializes in Logo design, Infographic, and Asset creation. They must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Work Arrangement : 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT; Office-based Setup Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design and Visual Branding Design web pages and ensure that they are easy to navigate Develop multiple layout/graphic designs for branding/promotional materials, print and online advertisements including, but not limited to logos, websites, email campaigns, letterhead documents, brochures, invitations, newspaper/magazine, ads, billboard, posters, banners, menus, and online banners Develop creative materials using our suite of photos, logos, and brand visuals for use in the website, blog, email newsletters, social media, marketing collateral, events, and press materials Create design prototypes, including site navigation and layout of content Project Planning and Execution Plan and organize project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure efficient workflow Conduct regular reviews and revisions to refine designs, ensuring alignment with project objectives Work closely with copywriters and creative directors to ensure cohesive integration of visual and textual elements Ensure the final graphics and layouts adhere to high-quality standards and align with the brand's identity. Client Collaboration - Graphic Design Projects Engage with clients to understand their design preferences, objectives, and branding requirements Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed Collaborate with clients to ensure that design solutions meet their expectations and align with their brand vision Address client feedback with professionalism and incorporate changes to achieve client satisfaction Collaboration and Communication Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure consistency in visual messaging Clearly communicate design concepts, ideas, and project updates to internal teams Foster a collaborative environment within the design team, promoting effective communication and idea exchange Requirements: Proficiency with Mac and PC platforms/software (including latest versions of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) A portfolio of completed design work Strong knowledge of principles and practices of graphic design Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing A critical thinker in order to effectively translate a design brief to meet client needs Demonstrates strong organizational skills in order to effectively handle multiple projects at a time while working under tight deadlines Ability to solve problems and find multiple design solutions with minimal supervision Open and receptive to design critique but also able to defend your own work Self-driven Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP): Monthly salary of 20,000 New hire bonus of 5,000 Perks and other benefits: Paid Training Period All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed Paid time off—public holidays, vacation, and personal time off Robust and effective Government Benefits Administration Lactation breaks (for breastfeeding moms) Discounted optical services with our partner clinic Free lunch/dinner and unlimited coffee and ice cream daily (for onsite employees) Free Health insurance with one (1) free dependent Free Life insurance Free Accident insurance Relocation allowance for new hires (from outside Cebu) Company-sponsored outings Interest-based employee clubs (DOTA, Basketball, Dance, Music, Photography, Yoga) International travel opportunities (India and US office) Our Recruitment Process: Candidate Application Form General Assessment and Video Interview Follow-up Phone Screening Technical Interview Reference Check Job Offer Training Disclaimer for salary ranges: Salary ranges may not be applicable to all.
