We’re hiring a motivated inside sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team! You’ll be responsible for closing sales with pre-qualified leads and driving the team’s revenue to meet sales goals. Responsibilities: • Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers • Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase • Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports• Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of• Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills• Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software • At least one year of experience as a sales representative Compensation: $2 - $4 hourly About Company: Real Estate Homeselling Team is a fast-growing real estate team serving the greater Toronto area.
