The Role Kitsch is looking for a talented and experienced Creative Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating various creative projects, including coordinating photoshoots, overseeing budgeting and supporting the creative team and the Creative Director. This role requires strong project management skills, financial acumen, and a passion for driving creative excellence. Job responsibilities and Key Result Areas: Project Management Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of creative projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies, and track project progress using project management tools. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, photographers, stylists, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of projects. Photoshoot Coordination Plan and coordinate photoshoots from inception to completion Collaborate with the Creative Director and team members to develop creative concepts, themes, and shot lists for photoshoots. Budgeting and Financial Management Develop project budgets and forecasts, tracking expenses and resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project financials to ensure adherence to budget constraints and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Prepare financial reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project budget status and financial performance. Team Support Provide administrative and logistical support to the creative team and Creative Director, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and facilitating communication. Foster a collaborative and supportive working environment, serving as a liaison between the creative team and other departments. Assist with the development of project proposals, presentations, and other collateral as needed. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned. ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree, preferably in a design, marketing, project management or business discipline. Proven track record of successfully managing projects: Must possess strong project management skills with experience in overseeing and following through on processes and projects. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, think quickly and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented. Financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Proficiency in project management tools and software specifically ASANA Experience with photoshoot coordination and production is highly desirable. Creative mindset and a passion for driving innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to collaborate with individuals from many areas and disciplines within the organization Previous work experience and knowledge of trending beauty industry is a plus **This is a remote (work from home) position.
