Responsibilities: User-Centered Design Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback. Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand. Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets. Prototyping and Mockups Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into designs to enhance the user experience. Collaboration and Implementation Collaborate with the marketing team and designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user. Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior. Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness). Pitches and Presentations Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in UI/UX design. Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients. Present and justify design decisions and approaches to stakeholders and clients. Support the creation of user journey maps and personas for client presentations. Industry Knowledge Stay updated on market developments and opportunities in the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to UI/UX design. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in design and operational processes. Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Increase task success rate. Decrease user error rate. Attain a high customer satisfaction rate. Ensure intuitive website navigation. Improve usability scores and metrics. Requirements: A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services. A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Powered by JazzHR
