We are at an inflection point in our growth curve and are searching for a Graphic Designer to join us on this journey to becoming a major global beauty brand and hitting the $100M mark over the next 3-5 years. The Digital Graphics Designer will work very closely with the Brand Marketing Director and will have the opportunity to create something special and lead the brand's visual direction. Ideal Candidate: As the Graphic Designer at iRESTORE, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, all aimed at ensuring our design materials align seamlessly with our brand's vision and objectives. Reporting directly to the Art Director, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling and effective design solutions that deeply resonate with our target audience. Your creative expertise will span across various mediums, encompassing video ads, graphics, print and retail box designs, label creations, UI/UX enhancements for our website's front-end, CTAs, social media visuals, email campaign assets, and more. Your knack for exploring and conceptualizing design possibilities will make you a valuable problem solver in the realm of innovative design. In partnership with the Brand Marketing Director, you will actively contribute to the development of creative presentations and mood boards, playing a pivotal role in bringing campaign concepts to life. Your demonstrated ability to grasp and translate creative visions, all while adhering faithfully to brand and style guidelines, will be a key asset in your role. The ideal candidate has: Diploma/degree in graphic design, communication, design, fine arts, or equivalent experience Expert knowledge in relevant software (Figma, Adobe’s Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Figma/or Sketch, After Effects /other video editing software) Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, visual design, layout, typography, and UI/UX. Up-to-date experience with web protocols, standards, and technologies. (Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus). Proficiency in Figma is a must. Possesses excellent organizational skills, demonstrating a track record of effective prioritization. Takes pride in their work, displaying meticulous attention to detail in both creative production and project management. Exhibits problem-solving abilities and a self-driven approach to mastering new technologies. Works seamlessly as a team player, excelling in both collaborative and independent work environments. Communicates effectively, maintains flexibility, and thrives in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines. Embraces an energetic, engaged, collaborative, and highly productive work style. Demonstrates outstanding skills in typography, layout, and composition. Possesses a natural curiosity, a strong desire to learn, and a growth mindset. Upholds a high standard of craftsmanship and professionalism throughout the design process. What you’ll do: Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and creative direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality work. Brand Alignment: Work closely with the Brand Director to develop and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity, ensuring that all design materials align with brand guidelines. Project Management: Oversee the design process for various projects, from concept to execution, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Creative Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement. Design Production: Be actively involved in the design process, creating visual assets and graphics for various marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, social media, packaging, and more. Quality Assurance: Review and approve design work to ensure it meets brand standards, is error-free, and effectively conveys the intended message. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design technologies, and competitive landscape to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into our designs.
