Key Objectives Identify and determine the perceived value our Consumer Concierge leads created for our customers in order to reinforce Expertise.com’s value proposition. Key Activities Execute outreach campaigns to assigned accounts and determine if the leads we sent converted. Document and analyze results; and make suggestions for continuous improvement. Qualifications Trait profile: coach-like ability to ask challenging questions, outside-the-box thinker and problem solver, communicates with candor and openness, entrepreneurial/growth mindset. Access to a reliable connection to the Internet, a quiet environment, and a well spec’d computer able to make high quality VOIP calls. Native and/or bilingual English proficiency. Ability and willingness to work night shift hours. Note: This is a remote work position.
