This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the success of our clients in media relations. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday from 9 am - 5 pm EST. (Night Shift) Job Description: As a Journalist Relations Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing and responding to journalist requests on platforms such as Qwoted, Featured, and Help a B2B Writer. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research and writing skills, ensuring that responses are compelling, concise, and relevant. Responsibilities: Monitor journalist requests daily on platforms like Qwoted, Featured, and Help a B2B Writer. Identify opportunities relevant to clients and their industries. Craft compelling, concise, and relevant responses to selected queries. Track submissions and follow up on responses to gauge success rates. Build and maintain positive relationships with journalists and media professionals. Requirements: Program Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Qwoted, and Featured. Job Experience: Experienced writer, preferably with a background as a journalist. Excellent research and writing skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling responses.
