The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing applicants on LinkedIn, excellent multi-tasking skills, and clear communication skills in English. Responsibilities: Source and recruit candidates using LinkedIn, Gmail, Apploi, RingCentral, and other tools. Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. The candidate must also be able to answer about 150 or more calls per shift Qualifications: Strong experience sourcing applicants on LinkedIn. Excellent multi-tasking skills.
