We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java backend developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Rest APIs, Oracle databases, Maven, and stored procedures. Knowledge of the banking domain is preferred. As a Java backend developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance applications to meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java applications. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot. Design and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and data models using the Oracle database. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate the back-end services with the user interface. Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions. Ensure code quality and adhere to best practices, coding standards, and development processes. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process. Requirements: Strong proficiency in Java, spring boot, and RESTful APIs. Solid experience with Oracle database, including writing optimized queries and stored procedures. Proficient in using Maven as a build tool. Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub. Familiarity with Intellij, Toad as Oracle Database client, Postman, and Git Bash. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
