ABOUT THE JOB: Open to Philippine residents ONLY! The ideal candidate should have experience working for US-based employers and employees who handled recruitment, payroll, onboarding, facilitating performance reviews, building employee handbooks, compliance documents, policies, procedures, etc. Full-time applicants only! (non-negotiable) Salary offer ranges from $1042 - $1200 per month (can be negotiable depending on your expertise and experience) RESPONSIBILITIES: Job duties may be modified based on experience and fit within the company. Responsible for recruitment tasks such as the creation of job descriptions, job postings, interviewing, etc. Responsible for running payroll and ensuring proper and timely payout of employees Conduct employee onboarding by discussing the handbook, compliance documents, policies, and procedures Conduct regular performance reviews with clients MUST HAVES: Strong HR expertise and Knowledge. At least 2 years experience working with US-based employers and employees Has a clear understanding of US employment guidelines and rules Tech-Savvy - willing to learn new platforms Must have strong US HR compliance regulation knowledge Demonstrate strong English communication skills both written and verbal Demonstrate collaboration and effective team-playing skills Must be people oriented and be able to facilitate and project manage the full human resources life cycle Must have own equipment/tools PC/Laptop - minimum of i3 / Ryzen 3 processor and at least 8GB RAM Main Internet Service Provider - must be a wired connection with at least 25mbps internet speed Backup Internet Service Provider - can either be a wired connection or a wireless connection (modem broadband or pocket wifi) with at least 10mbps for both upload and download speed BENEFITS: ✨ FREE HMO for the VA and 1 qualified dependent✨ Permanent and Full-time WFH✨ PTOs ✨ Client initiative IncentivesPowered by JazzHR
