Job Description: As a Solutions Architect at Time Access International, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing software solutions that cater to the HRMS industry and IT industry. You will work closely with various internal teams, including sales, support, and product, to gather and understand software requirements, design software architectures, and ensure they align with industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Collaboration: Collaborate closely with different internal teams, including sales, support, and product, to gather and understand their software requirements. Software Design: Draft, design, and document software architectures, ensuring they align with industry best practices. Implementation: Work with the Technical Lead in implementing software solutions, new features, and dashboards that meet client objectives and stakeholder objectives. Technology Trends: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, global software architecture, the latest software development trends, and best practices. Data Focus: Have a working focus on data collection and data analytics based on a global structure. Mentorship: Assist the Technical Lead in providing guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to development teams. Security and Performance: Ensure software solutions meet security, scalability, and performance standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in a software company.Strong proficiency in software design and architecture principles.In-depth knowledge of software development and programming languages (e.g., React, React Native, Node.js).Experience with cloud, web, and mobile platforms (e.g., AWS, CI/CD concepts).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.Strong leadership and project management abilities.Experience in the HRMS industry or IT industry is a bonus. Location of employment (Temp WFH) EMPLOYEE shall perform his/her tasks, duties, and responsibilities at the Project site located at Eastwood Ave, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines , or such location that shall be designated and agreed upon by Client and EMPLOYER; unless the EMPLOYEE agrees to a “Work From Home” (WFH) or other flexible work arrangement in compliance with relevant rules and regulations under law.
