Description The Cloud Engineer is responsible for developing and building cloud native applications using cloud technologies with a focus on GCP, though they may be exposed to other major cloud providers during their tenure. This role is important for defining and implementing modern, scalable, and performant infrastructure and processes, and reports to the project Engineering Manager. Required Skills 2-4+ years experience working with major cloud providers and distributed systems Experience with Kubernetes Experience with Helm Charts Experience with GitOps tools Experience with service meshes Experience writing infrastructure as code Ability to script with bash and python Understanding of JSON and YAML data formats Working knowledge of cloud authentication systems and automation tools Working knowledge of Linux and Linux containers Working knowledge of git and common devops processes and tools Preferred Skills Experience working on Agile projects Experience working with globally distributed remote teams Experience with distributed systems Experience designing applications for financial institutions Experience with ArgoCD Thank you in advance for providing all required information!Powered by JazzHR
