GrowthAssistant is looking for a Recruiter with experience in finding talents in the creative industry! As a Design Recruiter, your role will be to screen, engage, and hire top design talent by identifying, evaluating, and presenting highly skilled and innovative candidates. Your primary focus will be on understanding our client's design needs and sourcing candidates who possess the right skills, experience, and cultural fit. Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their design requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. You will also coordinate with your partner sourcer in identifying the right channels to find talents.. Candidate Evaluation: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their technical skills, portfolio, and cultural fit. Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers to help determine the right talent for the role. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing positive candidate experience during the entire recruitment process. Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide timely feedback. Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resource, Psychology or Designing Must have at least 2+ years experience working as a recruiter or similar role Must have a full cycle or end-to-end recruitment experience Preferably recruited various designer types (Graphic, Video, Motion, Web, etc.). Strong understanding of design principles, trends, and tools. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Jazzhr, Icims, Taleo, or similar tool. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must have recent experience in graveyard/night shifts within the last 6 months, aligning with any US time zone.
