Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Philippines Job Type: Full-time, Remote Company Overview: We are a Silicon Valley-based outsourcing company that provides innovative and strategic solutions for our clients. We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in the Philippines. This role will work closely with our US-based team to analyze and interpret data, provide insights, and support business decisions. Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources using SQL and other tools Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders Provide regular reporting on business performance and key metrics to management and other stakeholders Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations based on data analysis Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across various systems and tools Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting Assist with ad-hoc data analysis requests as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field 2-3 years of experience in a data analysis role Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel Experience with data visualization and dashboard development Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Python or other programming languages is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Certifications in data analysis, SQL, or related fields are a plus If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for data analysis and a desire to work with a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
