A day in the life… Sourcing and reviewing new candidates for the company's needs Identify qualified candidates profiles using professional network e.g LinkedIN Build a candidate pipeline in accordance with the job description. Update and maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all active and passive candidates database in Google sheet and Applicant Tracking System Create boolean search to LinkedIN and Google Xray Willingness to learn continuously Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs & Sheets) Verbal and written communication skills Good time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively Desire to learn about recruiting best practices Organized, detail oriented, self-motivated with desire to contribute to overall team success Powered by JazzHR
