Responsibilities:• Property Oversight: Oversee a designated portfolio of single-family properties, ensuring their effective management, maintenance, and enhancement to maximize resident satisfaction and property value.• Tenant Owner Relations: Build and nurture positive relationships with the clients that we serve, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally while upholding our commitment to exceptional service. Responsiveness is required.• Owner Relations: Leasing and Marketing: Collaborate with our leasing team to optimize property exposure, execute effective leasing strategies, conduct property tours, and secure qualified and responsible tenants.• Financial Management: Monitor and manage rent collections, expenses, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal financial performance of each property.• Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate timely and quality maintenance and repairs, ensuring the properties meet safety and aesthetic standards and provide a seamless living experience for our residents.• Community Engagement: Embrace our community-focused approach by organizing resident events, promoting a sense of belonging, and fostering an inclusive and vibrant living environment.• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about local housing regulations, fair housing laws, and property management best practices, ensuring all properties operate in full compliance. Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.• Proven experience in residential property management, real estate, or a related industry.• Appfolio Experience is a plus. • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset, creating positive tenant experiences.• Proficiency in property management software, financial tracking tools, and office applications.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for effective property oversight.• Problem-solving orientation, anticipating and addressing challenges proactively.• Adherence to our core values of integrity, passion, community, and accountability.• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.• Flexibility to attend occasional evening and weekend events or meetings.
